Hello @barbe,

You can view your e-filed payroll forms directly from the Archived Forms of your payroll taxes.

  1. Go to Taxes.
  2. Select Payroll Tax.
  3. Under Forms, select View and Print Archived Forms Under Annual Forms.
  4. On the Drop-Down menu, click Copies W-2, Copies B, C,& 2.

But if it's not on the list, you'll have to contact directly our Payroll Care Team so someone can help you view your e-filed W2 forms in 2016.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter View Old W2 Forms in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback, Chat, or Call us.

For details, you can check this helpful article to learn more about our support hours and types: Support hours and types.

In case you need some related information and best practices to record your payroll transactions, you can visit our Employees and Payroll Taxes articles for reference.

Please touch base with me here for all of your QuickBooks needs, I'm always happy to help. Thanks for dropping by.
