Hi there Dianne.

I can help you with getting copies of your invoices in QuickBooks Desktop.

At this time, you can either run a report for your invoices or see them from the Transactions window. To run a report for your invoices, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop, then select Transaction List by Customer from the Customers & Receivables.
  2. Go to the Customize Report tab, then click on Filters.
  3. Select Invoice from the Transaction Type
  4. Hit OK.
  5. Filter the report's period to the desired dates, then click on Refresh.

To email the report:

  1. Tap on the Email button.
  2. Click on Send report a PDF
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

From the Transactions window, here's how you can look for your invoices.

  1. Go to the Customers tab, then Customer Center.
  2. Switch to the Transactions section, then select Invoices.
  3. Filter the date.
  4. Either print or export the transactions to Excel and attach it to your email.

I need to get copies of invoices. The invoices are going to an employee that has left the company.

Hello. I do not need copies of our customers invoices. I need copies of the invoices from Quick Books. We are billed monthly to our CEOs credit card for your software. Those invoices are still being sent to our past controller. I sent a change request on December 23 as instructed and nothing. The primary contact is still Parvinder Shergill as the invoices are still going to her email. I have sent another email to have this change as per the instructions on your site. This should have taken 4 days but still no change. How can I speak with someone there. I find this process very frustrating. I called the 1-844 number and the guy who answered was extremely rude. I would just like to get copies of the invoices sent to [email address removed] and [email address removed]. Can you make this happen? As I mentioned, I have sent another email to your back office..not sure what the hold up is.

I can see how you want this to be taken care of as soon as possible, let me add some information about this request, DianneD123.

You'll have to be the primary contact to get copies of your invoices for the previous months. May I ask if you have already submitted documents to support the transfer of the primary contact? If so, you should be on the lookout for an email from no_response@intuit.com

However, if you didn't receive any response, I recommend contacting our support team to double-check on your request. They can investigate further what's causing the delay. Also, they have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment:

In addition, just make sure your business documents show the owner, chairperson, or leader of the business operation for the request to be successful.

You'll want to browse these help articles for more information and reference.

How can I get copies of invoices I have paid to a service provider who uses quickbooks?

I'm glad to see you here in our forum, @LBMonrad. I’m here to make your experience smooth and hassle-free when it comes to obtaining copies of your invoices. I'll break it down into two simple scenarios so you can easily follow along.

If you're looking for a subscription invoice or an Intuit invoice that falls under wholesale billing, I highly recommend you reach out directly to your service provider.

On the other hand, if you make your payments directly through QuickBooks, you'll be able to check your payment history right from the Subscriptions and Billing page.

Here’s how you can do that:

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Head over to the Subscriptions and billing.

  3. Select the View payment history link.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

  • You can see your billing history displaying up to two years of invoices if you’re a monthly or annual subscriber.
  • Remember, billing statements will be available the day after the billing date, not on the same day.
  • If you’re logged in as an Accountant user, you won't be able to download a PDF billing statement for clients who manage their own subscriptions.

I’m here for you if you need any more help or have questions about getting your invoices. Please don't hesitate to tag me in this thread. I’m just a message away and always happy to assist.
