Once you signed for a Merchant Services account, an average daily and monthly payment limit is assigned to you based on your banking and processing history, as well as their credit score. The moment you reach the processing limit, customers won't be able to pay online until your limit opens up again as time goes by. However, you can still get paid with cash or checks.

Worthless answer. The limits should be clear on the account home page. If the limits are in question there should be a link there to identify who to contact at a request for limit changes.
