Great news, you can do this. You'd need to run an unscheduled payroll then print the check.
To do this:
1. Open the Employee menu and choose Payroll Center.
2. Under the Pay Employees tab, click Start Unscheduled Payroll.
3. Fill in the required information and select Continue.
4. Fill out the required info on the next screen and hit Create Paychecks.
