I ran payroll this morning but when go to print payroll reports nothing comes up

Let me share some possible reasons why the payroll information wasn't showing when printing payroll reports in QuickBooks Online. 
 

Have you tried selecting the correct date range and setting it up to active employees or a particular employee in the payroll reports? If not yet, let's do it to figure out if we have missed a few steps to set up the right things and make these details visible in the report.

1. Open the payroll report.
2. Make sure to select the correct dates by clicking the Date Range drop-down arrow.
3. Set the Employee field. Choose Active Employees, or you can choose one employee if you want.
4. Make sure to customize other details if needed. 
5. Once done, hit the Run Report button.

Afterward, you can print the report with the data you have. However, if you've tried it already, but it seems the data is still not showing, you can try to sign in using the incognito window to verify if this might have something to do with the browser issue. 
 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl +Shift + P
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works,  we can go back to your original browser and clear the cache. This is to keep your QuickBooks account work efficiently. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online to run payroll reports and print them right away. We can do it by exporting it to Excel or clicking the Printer Friendly option in the Share drop-down arrow.
