I HAVE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM IN THE PAST MONTH I AM LOOKING AT OTHER SERVICES. I HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS BUT THEY CANNOT EVEN CHANGE A BANK ACCOUNT. Know that your transaction or account is on hold to protect you and the payee while it's in the process on our end. As mentioned by my colleague above, you'll receive an email once your account is on hold. This will explain everything that you need to know. You'll have to make sure to send the necessary documents to keep your payroll working again.
In case you can't find the email in your Spam or Junk folder, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can check and investigate your account to determine the reason why it's on hold.
