You're in the right place to look for answers. I'll make sure your Payroll Taxes tab and other buttons within QuickBooks will be clickable as soon as possible. By doing so, you can recheck your data at any time.
I verified our report if there is an ongoing or past investigation into the inability to click on the Payroll Taxes tab. However, I have not seen anything specific in that regard.
Being unable to click tabs in QuickBooks is typically the result of outdated or corrupted cache files in your web browser. With this, I'd recommend logging into your account through an incognito window. By doing this, we can see if it's browser-related.
Refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
Once logged in, re-click the Payroll Taxes button to verify if it's already performing adequately. If it's now clickable, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on their keyboard to clear the cache.
