Is there a list of direct deposit information for employees where the account number is not redacted? the information is on the emp details report but it redacted. Thx.

I'll point you in the right direction to get the details on your employees' direct deposits. stephanieg1.

Only the last four digits will appear on the employee's profile and in the Employee Detail report to protect the employee's bank details. Thus, creating a list with their full direct deposit (DD) information isn't possible.

You'll need to ask your employee again for their account number and reenter it in QuickBooks to verify their DD information. You can also get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support. They have the tools to perform additional steps to help you obtain this information.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the (?) Help icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account
2. Select the Search tab.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Continue.
5. Select either Start a chat (if you preferred messaging) or Get a callback.

If you're referring to the list of your bank deposits, we can run and customize the Deposit Detail report to view all of them. To guide you further, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Enter and choose Deposit Detail in the search field.
3. Set the correct date range.
4. Filter the list to view what you need only by customizing the report.
   

You can also export it to Excel or PDF format to save the information you need in your local folder.
