Is there an issue with the payroll service today?

I talked with QB Onilne Help. Since I did the payroll on a Holiday, which is after the cut-off time, Direct Deposit Payroll will land in the employee's accounts at 5pm, Pacific Time today, Friday, 11/12/2021. I hope this helps everyone.

Is there an issue with the payroll service today?

Looks like it, my employees didn't get paid.  Needless to say the automated system isn't reporting any issues and you can't find a phone number for support.  Quickbooks rather than have us all sit on hold for hours please can you issue a statement as to what is going on and when our people will get paid?

Same here - located in Eastern time zone.  Last time this happened they were clear to tell me it could take up to end of day - that was after hours of waiting for a call back.

Is there an issue with the payroll service today?

Just an update for anyone following this.  I spoke to a very helpful rep who let me know that they are going to make payments by CoB today.  Again Quickbooks team can you guys post something so this isn't coming from 'random person on the internets'?
