Is there any way to get copies of the 2019 1099 forms filed for my company by quickbooks?

I'd be pleased to walk you through where you can get a copy of your 1099's for 2019.

The system will only generate the new updated 1099-NEC/1099-MISC as a result of the new IRS regulations. 

To pull up the 2019 copies of your forms, you can log into your 1099 E-File Service account to complete this task if you've filed it through QBO.

Let me guide you how. 

1. Go to this link: https://iop.intuit.com/login/login.jsf?only1099=1.
2. Enter your Intuit login credentials. 
3. Click Sign In. 
4. Select View past forms page. 
5. Download the forms. You can also print them.

However, if you haven't e-filed the form, you can look for the PDF file of the form if you've saved it before filing. If not, you can run the Transaction List by Vendor report to gather the 1099's data and manually fill out the form.

Here's how you can pull up the report.

1. Go to Reports at the left pane.
2. Select on Transaction List by Vendor.
3. Set the Report period to 2019.
4. Filter for only Vendors subject to 1099's.
5. Select Run report.
