Our payroll goes direct deposit. If I delete the pay check and re-run, will that effect the direct deposit? Or is that something that I have to call in and have changed by the payroll support team?
Yes, Walker. Deleting the paycheck and re-run will affect your direct deposit.
Please know that processed direct deposits can only be voided and can't be edited or deleted. With that, you'll need to reach out to our Live Support Team to seek assistance in changing health insurance in the prior payroll.
