Keep receiving "timesheet sync error" from Time to QBO/Payroll

I keep getting a "Sync Error- Problem exporting timesheets" when I'm trying to export from QB Time to QBO. I've never had this message before. I've checked any and ALL settings

Hello there, @kmartinez. Allow me to share some insights to help you fix the error you encounter in exporting from Timesheets to QuickBooks Online(QBO).

 

Before performing troubleshooting steps, check if you have these requirements to export data from Timesheets to your QBO account.

 

  • Make sure you are using either Plus, Essentials, or Advanced.
  • For Payroll.
    • Ensure Copy hours from timesheets are turned on.

 

If everything is okay, you can start troubleshooting by logging in to your account using a private browser.

 

Here are the steps to open a private browser:

 

Google Chrome: press CTRL + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P

Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P

Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If you can export using a private browser, you can now clear your browser's cache so you can get back to your business using your regular browser.

 

Follow these steps below:

 

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click More.
  3. Choose More Tools, then Clear browsing data.
  4. Add a time range. Select All time to delete everything.
  5. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Select Clear data.

I am using Advanced.

 

The option below is not in my payroll settings at all. 

 

  • For Payroll.
    • Ensure Copy hours from timesheets are turned on.

 

Can you please advise on what to do since I do not see this?
