I have been entering suggestions and feedback to QB since 2016 - and have yet to have any fixes done. NONE. ZERO. ZIP. NADA.
Some of my complaints requests for correction include:
*Columns on the Timesheet (that can neither be adjusted nor removed) causing multiple pages to unnecessarily print
*QB payroll is missing information that is required by MN LAW on the paystubs
*not being any way for QB to correctly calculate the ESST (48hr year 1, 80 yr 2, less any time deducted)
*QB Workforce's GPS is worthless garbage and Intuit ALWAYS blames the tower, the customer, the sun moon and stars - anything except actually admit fault
*QB REFUSES to credit any customer for all the aforementioned BOLOGNA. Intuit's revenue was over 8 BILLION in 2023. Why cant it get it's act together?
