Yes, you can mark the NCUI quarterly form as filed manually by archiving it. This way, it won't show up on the Dashboard, and it'll remove the overdue warning in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Thank you for your detailed response. Unfortunately that only works if the payment due has been paid. NC is giving a credit to all companies for their first quarter liability and therefore we will not owe anything for the second quarter.
