Quickbooks has been asking for a pin verification for months, apparently I have lost it and need to retrieve it for epay of taxes to the IRS. I get an error 61102 with a message saying contact us. I cant seem to create a new one, or retrieve the old one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The error 61102 means an empty PIN or no password. To resolve this, you'll need to reset this forgotten PIN. You'll just have to download and fill out this direct deposit pin reset form.

If you remember your PIN and can access your QBDT, you can update it easily on the Payroll Account Maintenance Page. Please note that the new PIN should be 8–12 characters long and include at least one letter and number. Special characters aren’t allowed.
