Your instructions for resending an invite to Quickbooks Workforce are flawed. On my screen there is no Resend, only Revoke Access. This employee has already been set up, payed and has viewed paystub for 9 months. She has new computer. Needs new invite. Email has not changed. I tried removing her email, saving and logging out of QBO, closing and logging back in. Still see no option to Invite or Resend, only Revoke Access.

All your employee needs to do is use their usual credentials to log in to Workforce. Since they didn't change an email and only a computer, it's as simple as them just putting in their information to login.
However, if this doesn't work for them, then you'll review this guide to help resend the invitation: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce.
Moreover, if the issue persists, then I suggest contacting our Workforce Chat to get this fixed as soon as possible.

No. It seems that in the last year she also changed her email address, which I updated in her profile a long time ago. When she went to sign in to workforce.intuit.com, it wanted to send a security code to her old email address to which she no longer has access. Now what? I still have no option in her profile to "Resend Invite" (what your online directions say) ......only "Revoke Access".

I had a client with an employee with the same issue. Reached out to WorkForce chat , from link above. They were very helpful. Hope their fix works, looks like it might :)
None of that exists in my program
actually..the whole talk to qb support or look here and look it up..they didnt know either. QB builds these massive products and they dont know how it works. The hours their customers waste on products that should be streamlined and effective is a rip off...they dont know how it works and the engineers and developers could care less its about them adding bells and whistles and nothing to do with productivity, efficiency for the customer. I didnt buy this as my business..it was supposed to aid and streamline it is a massive waste of time and productivity, four years of people asking questions on the resend invite...this company should be looked at from a congressional level investigation...its a mess and a rip off once they sell it to you its endless tech and support for things that should be straightoforward. People change phone numbers and emails all the time the fact that engineers and developers cant fix this...shows just how amateur the whole thing is
nope..not at all...day two of trying to get my employee to be able to clock in..cant do it because he had to change his phone number. Cant resend the invite because qb developers havent figure out how to add a send or reinvite button anywhere...at all..it would make sense to put it by the employee but its quickbooks to you probably would have to go through about 5 different sections where redundant categories live throughout before finding the one you are actually supposed to use that is in no way located within the program where you would actually use it...no..you probably have to click the gear, find this, locate that, upload here, remove this..then close go to this tab find the same named category elsewhere..find 6 other spots for check this or that...then..go to here or there and find x,y and z and when that does nt work call support which results in 5 phone calls and no solutions so you go to community support pages and people have been trying to fix for for years and still havent. the entire world hits send all day everyday in email...but these genius's? cant figure it out.
