Tried all of the above and hard reset of iPhone. Still missing the button
Tried all of the above, including totally removing app and reinstalling (after “offloading” didn’t work. Have tried hard reset on iPhone also. Still don’t have mileage button on shortcut. Any other suggestions?

I had the same request to the QBO support team and was advised the mileage shortcut is not available. I was not aware it was even available in the past, but seems like a feature many of us that use mileage heavily would appreciate to have again as a shortcut.

Agree--my mileage tile on the menu shortcut has disappeared too. I know I have had it before--and I have called and they helped me get it back on there... now it happened again and disappeared.
