Same here. A rather unhelpful phone tech support agent blamed it on all of the banks that all of our employees use - but the initial withdrawal from our bank hasn't happened yet either. I am in line for a chat support person and hoping to find out more information from them.

I know how important it is to be able to pay your employees on time.
We've already made our engineers aware of this issue, and they're actively working to find the root cause. Please check our Status Board and click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES.
The financial institution/bank has until 5 PM to deposit the funds into your employees' accounts, but we're also actively tracking the affected customers. Thay way, we can provide an accurate timeframe as soon as we have that information.
Please DO NOT cancel your payroll or create checks to avoid more issues.
