Let me be clear. You guys sent out an email that said to follow the link in the email to the online form. When you click on the link, it does not go to the online form. It goes to a page that has no links to the online form.

I just want the correct link to the online form. That is all I need and it is NOT anywhere on any of the pages you just sent me to either.

I just want the correct link that SHOULD have been in the email. If they sent the email too early, or by mistake, THAT information WOULD be useful.

I GOT the email. I received it. THAT is not the issue. It was the incorrect link in the email I was asking about.

For anyone following along, the web site now displays a pop-up with a link to the PPP Forgiveness form. Except ... wait for it ... the link does NOT GO TO THE FORGIVENESS FORM! (What a surprise).

Instead, this new link goes to an application for a second round of PPP funding.

I suppose, eventually, they will fix this. But whomever is responsible for your web site and emails needs to find a different profession.

I'll just wait until someone figures out what they are doing and fixes this.

Why did you send the email with the incorrect link?

Then you had a pop-up at login, again, with the incorrect link.

It seems you do not actually HAVE a Loan Forgiveness form available.

So what was the point of all this???

Thank you but that was a complete waste of time as the help person in the chat literally refused to give me the proper link while also admitting there WAS a legitimate link.

Let's face it, Quickbooks does not have any help or solutions despite the fact that they pretend they have tons of help available.

They have reached the point where many companies begin to lose customers and go out of business just prior to getting bought out by someone even bigger and worse.

I have seen this movie. I know how it ends. I will not be in the audience when it does.

Could you advise if you got anywhere with Quickbooks Capital? I'm 60 plus days past application submission with no info...just wondering how other people are doing.

Another troll reply. You know full well that those links literally provide zero useful information. If your company is using reply bots, try to write the scripts so they sound more human. A simple "we have no idea when we will figure out how to handle PPP forgiveness - our team dropped the ball - a simple ball that every other small bank has been able to handle in a timely manner" - something like that.
