My employees have not been paid although it shows that they have on the system. No deposits have been made to their accounts and no funds have been drawn from mine. I was on the phone for over an hour last night with tech support who had just as much knowledge as I did regarding payroll, it is showing scheduled and paid. Can anyone assist.
Hello there, @Medi-liftnem. I'm here to provide insights and additional information about your direct deposit issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I appreciate you sharing information about your concern. In QBO, there are several things you need to check to ensure your employee will receive their pay via direct deposit.
To start, let's verify the direct deposit funding time of your payroll service. For QBO Payroll, the lead times are:
You can read this article for more details: When to send your direct deposit payroll.
Additionally, direct deposits are only processed on banking days. That said, federal holidays can also affect your send times. For reference, check out this link: How do federal holidays affect my direct deposit?
However, if it is verified that the above scenario is not the reason for your employee not receiving their salary, I recommend reaching out again to our Payroll support team. Since you've already contacted them, you can provide your previous case number from the recent conversation you had with the previous agent. This way, they can further investigate this issue and provide a resolution to fix this.
