So our payroll service is on hold, and today I was told that because QBs detected our account was closed that there was nothing they could do to release the hold. Our account is not closed, and I can't "update" our account number because it's the same as what's on record. I have been dealing with this for over a month now, and today the person told me they couldn't do anything for me that I was better off finding another payroll service. Wonderful customer service QBs. Anyone else deal with this frustration? Is there a number that you found where you could actually talk to a person in payroll services?
I'm just so frustrated with the lack of customer service.

Not to be smart, but this is what I have been doing for several weeks now and can't get any help.
Payroll risk is apparently never open because you can't get anybody online to talk to or get them on the phone. Customer service is a joke!

And apparently the payroll risk department is never open as I have yet to be able to get a hold of someone in that department - and their hours aren't posted anywhere that I can see & it doesn't say their hours when you call.
Customer service has been a total joke at Quickbooks. Very disappointed with the lack of service & our payroll is still on hold a month later. Beyond frustrated.
