Payroll Mapping Tool not showing up in TSheet Quickbooks Preferences

I'll walk you through how to enable the Payroll Mapping Tool in TSheets. 

This tool becomes available during the integration process of TSheets to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Under QuickBooks Online Integration Preferences, select Use QuickBooks Online for payroll.

Once you have the tool open, refer to the article for the next steps on how to proceed: Map QuickBooks payroll items. It has three different sets of steps on how you can proceed with mapping your payroll items.

I have already installed the Quickbooks Online Integration.  Under preferences there is no Use QuickBooks Online for payroll

In order to have the option for Payroll Item Mapping Tool in TSheets, the QuickBooks account you're connecting should have an active payroll service. Make sure follow the steps in this article to find that option: Set up your TSheets account in your QuickBooks Online Payroll.

After installing the integration tool, you should see an option at the top showing QuickBooks Payroll. To get the mapping option, follow the steps below:

1. Tap the QuickBooks Payroll option at the top.
2. Choose Preferences then Payroll Item Mapping Tool.
   
3. Follow the screen instructions to complete the process.

If you still can see that option, try a private browser using these keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you no longer see the problem in private browsing, clear the browser's cache. This will help delete the history of the browser, so you can start in a clean slate.
