Payroll taxes no longer showing up on QBOP Core

I am on a Mac using desktop and QBOP Core for my payroll and taxes through Intuit. My last 2 pay periods did not show my payroll taxes for me to export. I usually find them on the website under Taxes > Payroll Tax Center > Tax Payment History. Listed as Federal Taxes (941/944). Now the amount no longer is showing up to export or to properly calculate for 2021. What gives? Thanks!

Let me help ensure your payroll taxes show up, @Filippa.

You may be experiencing some browser hiccups. We'll perform some basic troubleshooting to fix it. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best spot to isolate web issues.

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N

• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P

• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If the payroll taxes show up using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. We advise our users to delete them now and then to prevent and fix issues like this.

Moreover, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.

I'll also share this article on how you can access payroll tax forms and tax payments for future reference: Access payroll tax forms and tax payments.

Reach out to us again if you need more of our help. We'll respond as soon as we can. Take care!

Thank you for your reply. I tried the private browser on Safari and those taxes still didn't show up. Then I switched to Chrome (as well as private browser) and payroll taxes for the last 2 pay periods are just not showing up. I'm at a loss.

I appreciate all the efforts that you've exhausted just to get this working, Filippa.

At this point, I'd recommend contacting our technical supports. This way, we'll be able to look into your account and check why your payroll taxes are not showing upon importing. Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

I'm also adding this article to help track your payroll transactions in the program: Run payroll reports.

Tried again to "chat", got someone but they of course couldn't help me, and directed me to another chat link that is offline. Customer service is ridiculous and I am so frustrated.

Hi there, @Filippa

Thank you for following up with us and letting us know how your experience has been.

You're right. Our Payroll Chat does appear to be offline at the moment. That said, let's go ahead and try giving Payroll Support a call. You can use the number I've included below to connect with an agent directly.

Please let me know how it goes. I'll be right here if you have any questions or concerns. Take care!

Thank you but that was not the right department, they referred me to [removed] (intuit online payroll), which they were "unable to route" my call and it hung up. It's really impossible to get any support from Quickbooks. Beyond frustrated.
