How do I get my pay stubs from Bouncyland I'm not getting them.
I appreciate you joining the thread, @Mchavez87. I'm here to guide you in getting your pay stubs in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.
Once your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you’ve set up your account, you can view your paycheck details, time off balances, and total pay for the year.
I suggest checking your email inbox, including your spam folder and filters that might block emails to get your desired information. Make sure to also correctly enter your password. If you still can't open the email and view your pay stubs, here's how to fix your webmail password.
There are other reasons to consider why this happens, read this for more details: Troubleshoot missing pay stubs in QuickBooks Workforce.
For future reference, you'll also want to understand the income tax on your paycheck.

@tammylucero Found my issue!!! Removing these brackets { } in the employee's name field allowed me to email all of my Paystubs!
THANKS SO MUCH!!!
INTUIT - PLEASE FIND A FIX FOR THIS. I use the brackets to list special payroll instructions for employees.
@tammylucero thank you so much! I use the same brackets in the employee name and have been going crazy not being able to email pay stubs.
This also worked for me!!! Hallelujah
FINALLY....Emails that weren't being sent had brackets behind their names. Removed the brackets from their Information page and now they print!
Remove the {brackets} from behind the name, then they will send
I removed all the brackets when I identified this issue a couple of years ago and then had no issues. I now have two employees with the exact same name, so I tried brackets again - the problem still exists. I need to use their legal name, so not sure how to set them up so W-2's are correct - very frustrating that this issue still exists.
Thanks for joining the Community and getting involved with this thread, JenniferOlbrich.
If you've already tried each of the recommended troubleshooting steps shared in this thread, but are still receiving a "Your payroll was processed successfully but QuickBooks could not send some employee paystubs." message, preventing you from emailing certain paystubs, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
They can be reached while using QuickBooks.

I have been having this same trouble. Spent 5 hours with 2 different techs with QB. Final Solution was - Quickbooks prompted me to add a title to the employee's name with {Pastor} because I had the same gentleman in my vendors list. So I did as advised. But once I took this out, emails sent perfectly! I adjusted the vendor name to differentiate.
The issue is they have the exact same name, so if I somehow adjust one it will reflect on their W-2. This did not used to be an issue with QB. Our external IT company says QB needs to correct the coding that must have been changed in one of their upgrades, as it did not used to be an issue until a couple of years ago. I had been using brackets for years up until that upgrade.
This is amazing-thank you for this solution!
Yes! This fixed it for me also
