I'm here to help ensure you're able to access and e-file your 1099's. To do this, let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
First off, open your QuickBooks account using the incognito mode or private browsing. These are built-in features in the browser that allows you to access websites without storing any data.
Here’s how:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
- Press Command + Shift +N for Safari.
From there, try signing in again. If this works, shift back to your regular browser to clear its cache to start fresh. Otherwise, use another supported, up-to-date browser.
Once done, follow the steps to create and file 1099s using QuickBooks Online.
