Please know that filing a tax form is a different process from paying it. It's also being done in a different section in the Taxes menu.
The payment schedule is also different from how frequently the form is filed. this means that even if you are assigned a monthly schedule to pay your 941 taxes, the filing is always done every quarter. .This is the reason why you can only pay the taxes, but not file them every month.
Once the quarter ends, follow these on how you can open the form and print it:

There is no monthly 941 form. Only quarterly. There are payments with a shorter frequency, but no 941 forms to go with them.
I have the same problem! I can't figure out why all other tax forms are there, and it let me epay, but I have no 941
By default, everyone has a 941 on the list, though it can be removed.
Sometimes users file the form and then inactivate it / remove it from the list expecting that it'll come back next quarter. But it won't.
To get it back on the list, click the click the Forms button under the table of forms and then choose Make a new form active.
