Thanks for clarifying, @GK201. Let me chime in and help you clear out paid liabilities that are showing up as overdue in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

I have made adjustments to Payroll Liabilites using your ctrl + alt +y. The adjustments were saved by only affecting the Liability accounts but not banking (the middle option). Now my question is how do I remove the liabilities from my balance sheet?

Choosing the middle option, "Affect liability accounts but not the bank account," will eliminate the liabilities from your Balance Sheet report.
If the amounts are still showing up, let's review the adjustment you made and verify the following:
If any details appear incorrect, please make the necessary modifications. Once completed, review the Balance Sheet report again to confirm that the payroll liability has been zeroed out.

Hi there - I'm also having problems with this, but as often seems to happen, I appear to be running a different version of Quickbooks online, as your help menu appears to be different from mine.
When I press the help button I don't have the option "About Quickbooks"
When I press CTRL + ALT + Y nothing happens
Can you tell me how to access the YTD amounts you refer to, please?
