Setting up Workers' Compensation in QuickBooks Online

I can help set up your worker's compensation class codes. However, you can only assign one class per employee in QuickBooks.

Here's how:

1. Click Workers on the left pane.
2. Select Employees.
3. Select the employee's name, and then select Edit employee.
4. Select Employment at the top of the page, and then enter the name of the worker's comp class.
5. Click Done.

Once done, you may run the Worker's Compensation report. Follow the steps below.

1. Click Reports on the left pane.
2. Find the Workers' Compensation report from the search bar.
3. Change Date Range if needed.
4. Select Run Report.

I understand that process, but I'm having trouble assigning multiple class codes for each employee. Is this possible? For example, one day the employee may do plumbing and the next they may do excavation or drilling which are different class codes.
