Some more detail:
The forms were filed on 10/16/2019 and are listed as "Submitted to Intuit"
They have QB tracking numbers (I did send them)
However I note that as of today 11/13/2019, they still show the original status.
Hi DaLincerGuy,
Yes, an e-filed form will be changed to the Agency accepted status once it's successfully processed. Let me provide more information about this so you can submit your forms.
You'll receive an email after you e-filed your forms to let you know that your e-payment or e-filing was accepted or rejected. I suggest contacting our phone support team so they can pull up your account. This way, they can verify the reason why your e-filed status didn't change. Here's how to reach them.
I got this link in case you have other questions about payroll: Payroll And Workers.
You can leave a comment below if you have other questions. I'd be happy to help.
So, I submitted my 941 efile almost 3 days ago and it still says submitted to intuit. I have called a few times and the only answer I get is that it is still processing and wait 10 days. It has never been this way, I submit to intuit and it says submitted to intuit and within 24 hours (usually much quicker) it will say submitted to agency and the agency accepted or rejected. The QBDT website says same thing so its like my submission is stuck within intuit and not being submitted to agency. Both people I spoke with QBDT said it was an IRS issue to pass the issue off. It's not an IRS issue it hasnt' been sent to the IRS yet, it's still with Intuit. QBDT website even gives the process. I can't re-efile as QBDT wont' let me do that.
The same thing has happened to me. Did you get any resolution?
