When creating the state SUI efile Excel file the results are not accumulating. Rather, I am receiving what appears to be each paycheck:
As you can see all data in Col A - D and N is missing. Any idea why this is occurring? Note: the same process worked for another client for the same period.
Thanks,

Hi jgrooms5. Sometimes things like this happen when the file becomes corrupted. Just to make sure your file is safe, I recommend you run a verify and possibly a rebuild on the file. Here's the article on running a verify and rebuild. The process is rather simple though, so here are the steps to do so:
Once the data verification window pops up, follow the prompts and create a backup of the file. It will then run the file verification process. If the process finds any issues, it will prompt you to run a rebuild which will fix most of the issues occurring in the file automatically. Let me know if there are any other questions, I would be happy to further assist you.
Thanks Steve. Unfortunately the Verify Data Tool did not locate any issues and upon attempting to run the report again I received the same results. Unsolved.
Hey jgrooms5. Thanks for responding, since the verify data tool didn't work we know the file itself is fine. However, there is a chance the QuickBooks Desktop program itself has become corrupt. I highly recommend you perform a clean install of the program.
Please reference our Clean install QuickBooks Desktop article, it will go over all the steps necessary to perform the process properly, If the clean install does not work, I would suggest you reach out to our phone support team so they can assist you with a screen share session. You can contact them at 1-800-446-8848. Let me know if there's anything else I can do.
