There was a mistake made on my 941 amendment by Quickbooks and I cannot get through to discuss it with anyone

Amended or modified forms are currently not supported by QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll. Regarding the mistake on the amendment form, I recommend contacting the Federal State or your tax adviser. They're the ones who can check into it further and advise you on what to do next.

That is not accurate. QB created the amendment and submitted it on my behalf. They just screwed it up.
