I am running payroll and the time does not show up for a new employee. His name does but no time. In Timesheets, his timecard is up to date and accurate. Please advise as soon as possible as payroll needs to be done today!!

Cache or browser issues can sometimes cause missing information in QBO. Have you tried it on a different browser or checking the time in an incognito/private browsing session?
If not, let me share these keyboard shortcuts on how to open an incognito session:
After that, go back to QBO and check if the employee's hours are now showing up.

Thank you for the quick response on this. I was able to figure out and the employee has been paid :)
