Greeting
We think about this system I come to seek financial health is not the disease, By present means we have to informing from the month of May we are configuring this silver Quickbooks form with the report that it has submitted from the IRS since 2019, but in the month of May we are registering in this system and updating the 2019 report, in the Quickbooks to start generating payroll because we are on loan from (SBA) for amounts of $1,433,960.00 dollars to implement our 2020 project and to support 400 people in the end SBA is approved $1,434.00 dollars only for this we are behind for prepare payments with this amount of $1434.00 where our goal is $1433, 960.00,
The saddest this QuickBooks system is to start generating tax more than the amount we have and since the month of May, and we also do not make any payment on this date, we started to send a payment on June 24, after three hours we receive an email explaining we must pay Tax: Federal Taxes (941/944) Tax Period End Date: 05/22/2020 Debit Date: 06/24/2020 Amount: $1082.26, that is why we request an update of my account or do not continue with this disease please because I do not understand this situation well, bad luck the amounts are very high without taking any action
Thanks and regards
Hi there, @HaitelmexFoundation.
The approved amount is calculated based on your average monthly qualified payroll costs from payroll information you submitted when you applied for the SBA loan.
Also, the taxes generated by QuickBooks depend on the taxable amount entered when the paychecks are created.
In addition, the final loan amount will be determined by your lender following rules set by Small Business Administration (SBA). These calculations are based on the rules in effect as of [04/30/2020].

Please, we want to know if in case we are preparing 7 payroll in the system without sending it to the employees if I have to pay tax without doing anything or when paying one I have to pay all the previous ones that have not been presented in the system.
Hi there, @HaitelmexFoundation.
You can create paychecks without giving them to your employees if you're on manual payroll. However, paychecks are automatically sent to your employee's bank account if you have Direct Deposit.
Please take note that taxes will automatically generate once paychecks are created. This means that they will due on time and you'll get a prompt that there are taxes that need to be paid.

So far I do not know why they receive this amount of money without submitting a payroll payment from an earlier date and also until the last payroll my staff has not received anything about the payment made on 06/24/2020 I am in little lost!
The system I have some payment prepared until I wait for the funds because we do not have enough payments of the 7 payroll I am sent one on this date 06/24/2020
We think as an organization I agree to file my return annually due to somas 501 (C) (3) and I agree that each payment I am submitting should pay the fees in relation to the payments, and the fulfillment I do not know if I have a presentation without shipped in the system.

Greeting,
We are lost on the platform, due we are loaned in the program (PPP) for an amount of 1,433,960.00 for 2 two years, and we have to pay 18 employees with an average salary per individual of 2900 plus Tax and insurance expenses per employee, with a prepayment from May to June awaiting a response of (PPP) loan from (SBA) to start payments and begin implementation of our activities.
At the end we received a notification from (SBA) and the bank is qualified by an amount of $1434.00 dollars in relation to the 2019 report that we are presented to the previous IRS, for this situation we have a problem in the QUICKBOOKS platform in relation to the Prepayment we are preparing in the previous system, for a loan has not been obtained and the system receives the tax on the amounts requested above and approved.
In the third we are making a decision to pay our employees a bonus base plus Tax and medical insurance expenses per employee over the amounts of $1,434.00 dollars with a reduction of 7 employees over 18 that we have
In conclusion, for all this, we request from you if we can update my platform on the amount obtained to be able to declare the loan from a current date, because (IRS) receives a bank account of $1082, 26 without knowing how and on what basis also without sending payments on the date of May or June
In the end we are presented with a payment to a member also this person never receives any payment and the IRS requests the tax on this payment I am a little lost please ...
