Hi there, @gbgardenology.  Let me help you fix the error when you encountered an error running your payroll.

This usually happens when you're experiencing browser-related issues. To begin with, you can log into an incognito window to see if you're still getting the error. You can use these keyboard keys to access the window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

With incognito mode, this deletes cookies and browser history leaving your browser clean and easy to access any websites and error-free. After you're logged in, you can rerun payroll. If it works, then go back to the main browser to clear its cache and delete some outdated files that might be the cause of the error. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
