What is the issue with direct deposit on 4.30.21? My employees haven't been paid. I waited an hour on chat for it kick me out and say it was unavailable and I can't call.

My employees were supposed to receive their paychecks today, 4.30.21, and no one has received them. I waited an hour on chat for it to kick me out without sending me to a rep. Then it said chat was unavailable and it won't let me reach a rep by phone. Horrible customer service right now.

I think we are all dealing with this. I have been on hold for 2 and half hours. I also have the call return and they haven't returned my calls. At least we are all experiencing it so it shows that it isn't the employer with the issue.

My employees have also not been paid today and I was able to get through early this morning.  they are having some issues and I was told their engineers are trying to fix the problem.  

Told me to keep check on the status page for updates.

I'm glad you were able to check in with the community on this. We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of your employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
