I think we are all dealing with this. I have been on hold for 2 and half hours. I also have the call return and they haven't returned my calls. At least we are all experiencing it so it shows that it isn't the employer with the issue.
My employees have also not been paid today and I was able to get through early this morning. they are having some issues and I was told their engineers are trying to fix the problem.
Told me to keep check on the status page for updates.
