I created a new item today. Tax was automatically turned on. I spent an hour with chat to learn that there is no way to turn it off! We never need or use it.

If you use the Search bar, at the top of ANY page here in the community, you can find answers to most questions. That way, you're not wasting time with "Support" that most likely won't be helpful.
