Where do i enter federal withholding for payroll check?

I can help you set Federal Withholding in QuickBooks Online (QBO), usersparrowhilloutdo.

Federal Withholding is set up in the Employee Information window. I'll show you how below:

  1. Go to the Payroll tab on the left. Then, choose Employees.
  2. In the Employees tab, find and click your employees' names one at a time.
  3. In the Pay tab,
  4. Click the Edit icon (pencil image) in the What are [employee's name] withholdings?
  5. Setup the federal withholding. Click Done.

You can have this article handy for more information when you're about to create paychecks and running payroll: Create paychecks in online payroll.

In case you want to edit payroll checks, check out this article: Edit a payroll paycheck.
