Where is the additional info tab?

What additional info tab are you referring to? I know there is one when editing names...

I'm here to easily walk you through the easy steps on where to locate on what brconsultingid2 mentioned, billsr. 

The Additional Info tab is in your customer's, vendor's, and employee's profile. We can go to the Employee, Vendor or Employee Center and double-click on the name to open the profile.

Let me use the Customer Center as an example: 

1. Select the Customer menu and click Customer Center. 
2. Double-click on the customer's name. 
3. In the Edit Customer window, the Additional Info tab is at the left menu.
4. Click OK to save. 

From there, you can identify your customer's by type. 

The Community is here if you need anything else. 

I see the additional info tab in customers, but I do not have one for vendors.  How to I get to that?

I can walk you through on where you can find the Additional Info tab for your vendors. This can be done in just a few clicks.

You may follow these steps below:

1. Click on Vendors at the top menu bar.
2. Tick on Vendor Center.
3. Refer to the Vendors tab.
4. Double-click on the vendor's name.
5. From there, you'll be able to see the Additional Info tab.
