Why is it so difficult to get to talk to a supervisor about long standing unresolved issues?

Why is it so difficult to get to talk to a supervisor about long standing unresolved issues? Always given the run around and assurances by agents and they refuse to put me in touch with a supervisor. What will it take to get to talk to someone who can actually resolve my issues/

Why is it so difficult to get to talk to a supervisor about long standing unresolved issues?

That doesn't help us speak to a supervisor. I've called the support lines for both time and QuickBooks over 6 times about the same issue. I've been told a supervisor will call and nothing! This is call 7 and I've been on the line 3 hours and neither side knows how to fix the issue. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I also have the exact same problem. Eight hours sunk into four different support calls and reaching out to QBCares on twitter DM. Zero resolution and no supervisor will call me back.

Posting here and/or in the community does nothing.  I have posted several issues and I get the same, canned responses, but no actual assistance.

Posting here and in the community does nothing to get answers.  I have posted issues here and also in the community and receive only canned responses, no legitimate assistance.

Why is it so difficult to get to talk to a supervisor about long standing unresolved issues?

I have the same problems. I have spent HOURS on the phone and each time I get a different answer. Merchant Services took a large deposit back out of my account without telling me why and I can’t get a supervisor call back. I have spent hours on hold. I am currently looking for a different product to keep my books. I cannot afford to do this any more

Why is it so difficult to get to talk to a supervisor about long standing unresolved issues?

I have been a QB desktop user for 25 years.

last week I called and switched to QB Online.  Paid the fees, Nikki set an appointment for an Online "Expert" to call me, IT NEVER HAPPENED!  TOOK TIME OFF WORK, SITTING AND WAITING FOR THE CALL.

so, I went on chat, the lady went back and forth for 15 minutes, then ABONDAND ME!  QB can verify all this by checking the chat box transmission!

I am now asking for a supervisor to contact me, and I can get on with my Online QB.  Do you think this will materialize?????

Terrible customer service!!!

I am having the same exact problem. I have spoken to no less than 10 "agents" for a total of OVER 20 HOURS OF MY TIME!!!! They all put me through the SAME EXACT procedures with the SAME EXACT RESULTS....the problem still exists! I even purchased a $600 upgrade and was told that would fix the issue. Guess what?? It did NOT fix the issue! I have requested multiple times to speak to a supervisor and I am still waiting!! I am about to call American Express and dispute the charges for the upgrade and find a new program to use. QB Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!

What problems did you encounter? Why did they persuade you to upgrade your QBD? Are you using an outdated version before?

I have NO idea but I am having the same problem. Quickbooks is holding 3 deposits, and have taken out their merchant fees but I can not get a supervisor to help release funds.  QB keeps giving me a click to the resolution center and there is no case in the resolutions center.  On the phone on hold round and round, we go and I am beyond frustrated.  I am going to cancel my merchant account with QB moving forward.

Yeah, having shared the same problem of having deposits transactions being held and having my merchant account shut down without my consent or an advanced notice after having spent many hours and several days talking to various Quickbook agents trying to resolve things, and many days later, far beyond the 48 hour turnaround time to reply back, the funds are still being held and no call backs, or emails, or updates from Quickbooks yet. Quickbooks has to be one

of the worse platforms available. Better for everyone to search elsewhere. Disappointing customer service, loss of business, and much time wasted make Quickbooks a bad choice. I hope someone improves the way they treat and handle their customers and merchants.

Why is it so difficult to get to talk to a supervisor about long standing unresolved issues?

My nonprofit organization has had an issue going on with QuickBooks Online for 8 months! They refuse to get me a supervisor, telling me one will call. And as one person stated in this thread, i, too, have had the experience of QuickBooks scheduling a call with a supervisor and then them just never calling. I have filed two BBB complaints against two of the different variations of the QuickBooks company, and they even refused to respond to those.

The most insulting thing about all of this, is that my issue was caused by Quickbooks. Yet they cannot be bothered to rectify it. When we signed up for QuickBooks Online, the company automatically enrolled us in some sort of payroll premium trial. We never asked for this, and we have never, to date, had anyone on payroll! So beyond the hours of hassle of getting that canceled, it now shows up in our online account, preventing us from actually enrolling in any QuickBooks payroll services. On top of that, I have been assured many, many times that this was taken care of. Recently, I spent over 3 hours on the phone getting payroll core added to our account, only to learn that the two sharky QuickBooks salespeople, instead of rectifying their longstanding glitch with our account that Quickbooks caused last year needlessly, took our money and opened a whole new account just so that they could add payroll core to it!

The company has absolutely no qualms whatsoever with misleading charities, putting out false advertising, lying. I have recorded many of these calls and saved chats. The good thing is that we're involved with several national coalitions of nonprofits and legal experts, so we can use this horrid experience to educate others in the bad faith operations happening with Quickbooks.
