I can see how you would need to accrue the ERC and ERC OT hours in the sick pay account of your employee.
For now, the system doesn't accrue the ERC and ERC OT hours. With that, this setup is not yet available in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, we manually track each employee.

So now, we have established that QBO doesn't calculate the sick pay for employees in the ERC program. This is flaw in the software which I notified you a month ago.
The options you are giving me sound like I need to manually track either the sick pay accrual or the ERC hours. This is not what I expect when I pay for a service. The flaw in the system is creating a liability for it users and I am chocked that there is no urgency to fix this.
