Why is quickbook online down right now, and why were we not notified that it would not be working?

I cannot process payroll nor can I reach out to quickbooks for help in anyway. Both chat and call back feature say they are down until Tuesday at the earliest?

Why is quickbook online down right now, and why were we not notified that it would not be working?

I know it can be difficult when you can't process payroll on time, office-usenergya. I'm here to ensure this issue gets fixed.

 

I've checked our QuickBooks Status page to verify if there's an ongoing outage, but I haven't found any related issues reported today.

 

For now, I'd suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if this is a browser-related issue.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once logged in, try processing payroll. If you're able to do so, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.

 

If it doesn't work, I'd recommend using other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. 

 

You can also visit our QuickBooks Status page to check if any QuickBooks services are temporarily unavailable. I'd also suggest clicking the Subscribe updates button to stay informed always.

Why is quickbook online down right now, and why were we not notified that it would not be working?

Thanks for this, however I believe my argument with Quickbooks, from 7am-6pm Friday, is what caused my problem. Pretty sure they blocked me from doing anything until I posted the question finding no one else was having the problem. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Sorry I no longer trust the way they do business.
