Welcome to QuickBooks Community page, @lbussing.
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us and letting us know about your mileage concern. I'm happy to lend a hand in fixing the issue so you can get back to your business.
Like web browsers, the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app collects cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time the files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your mileage tracking that automatically logged out. We can try some basic troubleshooting steps to help clear the app's cache and fix the problem.
Here's how:
- Click the Help menu in the top-most part of the app.
- Select Reset App Data.
Once you've cleared the data, log back in and check your mileage tracking.
If you need to change or manually add a past trip, here's how to edit or add trips manually in the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns. I'll be here every step of the way. As always, feel free to reach out to the Community any time you need a helping hand. Take care and have a great rest of your week!
