To make sure you can access the paystubs online, you can ask your employer to remove and re-invite you in QuickBooks Workforce (formerly ViewMyPayCheck).
To do so, please have them contact our Customer Care Support Team via chat. They have the tools and resources to correct the login information, so you can view the paystubs.
I also suggest using a different email address since your current one was accidentally associated to a different employee.
Once they have added you back, please go to workforce.intuit.com and sign in using the new login credentials.
