I'm here to ensure you're able to restart your payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @mjgpainting303. This way, you can pay employees and contractors, also file your forms and taxes. Let me guide you how.

You can restart your payroll by resubscribing to your account in the Billing & Subscription page. With this, you'll be able to reactivate payroll and let you start utilizing its features. 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and settings.
3. Go to the Billing & Subscription menu.
4. In the QuickBooks Payroll section, select Resubscribe.

We've updated our customer support options in QBO. In case you still need further assistance in restarting your payroll, I'd recommend requesting a callback from the Help menu. One of your representatives will contact you at the time of your convenience. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Select the Contact Us button.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Click Let's talk.
5. Select Get a call or Get a callback.
6. Enter your contact information.
7. Select Confirm my call.
