Getting paid on time is very crucial, especially with the situation we have now. Let's check to see what happened to your direct deposit.
You would normally get a confirmation email after successfully processing a direct deposit. However, you also want to be sure that you submitted it within the lead time.
On the payday of April 30, we had an issue about having a delayed payroll, but it was resolved that day, and the money was funded on that day as well. If your payroll was scheduled for April 30 and still not funded to your employees' accounts till now, please contact our Payroll Support. They'll get your account information in a more secure environment and check your direct deposit submissions.

No, I have not received a satisfactory answer from anyone include the "experts" It's now the 5/4, and the direct deposit payroll has STILL NOT HAPPENED
