Hello there, @rae_of_hope.
You're unable to delete an employee once you already run payroll in QuickBooks.
However, if you wish to remove that employee, you can make his status inactive.
Here's how:
- Got to Workers on the left menu.
- Choose Contractors.
- Choose a contractor from the list.
- Tick the drop-down menu under the contractor's name and select Mark as inactive.
