To unmask DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE EMPLOYEE

It's my pleasure to see you here, @6288,

We value the security and privacy of our customers accounts by providing appropriate technical measures to protect their data. Part of this is masking personal information like Bank Accounts and Routing Numbers. This helps us secure the employee's file from fraud, identity theft, and being shared accidentally.

At the moment, the option to unmask this information is currently unavailable. You may view the employee's Direct Deposit Authorization form

to get their bank account information if necessary.

I'm including a few resources to help you with this topic:

Set up an employee for Direct Deposit

Privacy at Intuit

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to mention me anytime. I'll be glad to be of your assistance at any time. Have a wonderful week. Take care!

To unmask DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE EMPLOYEE

I have an employee that says they have not received their direct deposit. This is their first one and when I tried to verify it my bank account shows it was paid and the last 4 of the account match. I need to verify the rest of the account is correct, is there a way to do that? Of course this is happening on a weekend when Intuit is unavailable.
