Trying to print payroll tax reports for state and federal in Archived Forms. They show "accepted", have "filed" and "archived" dates, but the "view" shows unsigned form?

These are from 2022. I'm being audited by state employment security commission and they need the state and federal filings.

I can see that you need clarification with signatures on the Archived forms, theodana68. Let me share some info to help you print payroll tax reports for the State Employment Security Commission.

If you have already electronically filed payroll tax reports for state and federal, there is no need for a signature on these forms. The IRS will accept them as long as all of the information is correct. That's why when you view them, it is unsigned.

Otherwise, you can contact our Support Team for further assistance regarding these payroll forms. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.
