Using Soloprenuer, and I just set up a new company. Under my Profile, I am trying to input my company name, but despite multiple tries, it doesn't hold.

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. Excessive cache can impact browsing performance. Use QuickBooks in incognito/private mode to resolve this, as it doesn't retain browsing history, which may affect the software. Use these shortcut keys for reference:

 

Let's use an incognito or private browser window to resolve this.

 

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari

 

If it works, return to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate historical data causing glitches. Alternatively, switching to a different supported browser can also resolve the issue.

I tried to update the Company Name under Profile, Account and Settings, in Incognito mode, and the change still did not take. 

 

I will contact QuickBooks Support.
